It is designed for those seeking privacy, independence, and more space than a typical hotel room. Here, you can experience a unique holiday between Lake Caldaro and Monticolo Lakes, the Dolomites, and the historic vineyards of the South Tyrolean Wine Road.
Cycling enthusiasts can set off directly from the apartment onto the scenic Adige Valley Cycle Path, which connects Bolzano, Merano, and Trento, or ride e-bikes or gravel bikes along the track of the historic Fiemme Valley Railway. Our certified cycling guide will be happy to suggest the best routes for your needs or accompany you on exclusive tailor-made tours. At the end of the day, you can store your bikes safely in the private garage and relax in the garden with a good glass of wine.

Hiking lovers will find plenty of mid-mountain trails among orchards and vineyards, or high-altitude hikes in the Dolomites or Monte Corno Nature Park.

Lake Caldaro, the warmest bathing lake in the Alps, will captivate you with its idyllic views and gourmet restaurants. In winter, experience the magic of South Tyrol’s Christmas Markets. And if you love snow, the ski slopes of Alpe Cermis are just 20 minutes away.
No stay is complete without visiting a local winery to taste Lagrein, the native red wine, or a Pinot Noir grown on the hills of Mazzon above Egna, considered the grand cru of this varietal in Italy.
