This is Alpe Cermis, and it is here, at 2,000 meters above sea level, among the forests of the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme in Trentino, that a group of pioneers in the 1960s decided to build a unique mountain village—a collection of charming A-frame wooden chalets.

These exclusive private chalets, together with the Alpe Cermis ski lifts, made the breathtaking Lagorai mountain range and the Cavalese ski area more accessible, offering an authentic retreat in the heart of the Italian Alps.
